Among them, the BH-WEI and BH-OBM drilling fluid systems have successfully passed the appraisal of the group company.

In recent years, the R&D center has successively optimized and upgraded the three drilling fluid systems, conducted research and analysis with the technical department, and formulated 11 construction technology templates for different systems and different blocks. During the construction process, the formula ratio, feeding sequence and performance data were continuously optimized to make it more adaptable to construction needs.
During the development of high-temperature oil-based drilling fluid treatment agents, the on-site application effect of the product has not met expectations, and six or seven well slurry samples have been replaced without success. For this reason, Zhang Kun, a master who graduated from Nankai University, and mud engineers worked together to find the crux of the problem, optimize the experimental process, and finally successfully completed the indoor test at the end of 2014. The test results show that the performance of this product is consistent with similar foreign products. This marks that the mud company has successfully mastered the core technology of a high-end product. In July 2015, Zhang Kun went deep into the production workshop and worked in a workshop at 45 degrees Celsius for 2 months. In the end, 300 tons of oil-based emulsifiers were produced, all of which were qualified.
