Product Introduction

  • The filter membrane has an asymmetric wedge-shaped pore structure. SS/pollutants are intercepted on the surface of the membrane fibers, and the internal pores are not blocked. When using a reinforced structure for operation, aeration will not cause fiber breakage;

  • During the operation of water production, a circulating cross flow and air scrubbing method is used to intercept pollutants on the surface of the membrane fibers, which are continuously washed away to prevent continuous accumulation;

  • Backwash (CEB/CIP) can be used to remove accumulated or residual pollutants on the surface of membrane fibers from the inside out, with good flux stability;

  • Suitable for high COD and high injection environments (allowing raw water above 500 mg/L to enter directly);

  • Eliminating sand filtration, carbon filtration, and filters, the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank can directly enter the membrane;

  • Single end fixed structure for more thorough sewage discharge helps to avoid membrane fouling and frequent cleaning, resulting in more stable water production;
